Tom is about 6 months old and he is a lab mix.  His tail is really long and thin and he is long legged.  Tom and his brother were found by the roadside and picked up. The brother was given to a family and Tom came to us.  He was very feral and starving!  His ribs and hip bones still are showing.  He has been wormed and will be a couple of more times.

UPDATE 12/02/07
Tom sits well for his two meals a day.  He is growing fast!  Tom was skin and bones when we got him and is still very thin.  He will be neutered soon, now that he is healthier.  He loves to play with Bob and chew on Birdie.  Tom likes his raw bones and they are a good alternative to chewing inappropriate items.  This young boy is easy to work with and will be an asset to any family!  He wraps himself around my neck and takes a nap.  Loves to cuddle and be stroked!

UPDATE 3/11/08
Tom is neutered and utd on vaccines. He is finally gaining weight! Tom is a very long, tall dog! He can curl himself up into a ball and get behind my legs on the sofa and snuggle in! He is a lover! Luanne works with Tom at adoption days. He knows his sits and downs very well and walks on the leash with a gentle leader. He is very social and playful! Tom loves his raw bones and his two meals a day. He is crate trained and housetrained! Who wouldn't want Tom as an addition to their family?
