Prairie Rose is beautiful in coloring as well as her spirit. She is extremely sweet. A very gentle dog for what she has endured. Prairie Rose was a stray wandering the golf course in South Dakota. Thankfully Jackie was there to rescue her from who knows what fate. Prairie Rose had demodex mange and was treated for this. She is now recovering, waiting for the fur on her hindquarters to grow back in.   In spite of this she is still a gorgeous girl.  Oh, and by the way, Prairie definitely enjoys the finer things in life... Such as being a lady of leisure! She has adapted well to napping on the chaise lounge chair as well as one of the sofas! And if you happen to be lounging  there also... Well, that is all the better, as she enjoys being a snuggle bug in spite of her size!
