Pop Tart was abandoned and running loose. No one claimed her. She and Bandanna share a kennel at the local shelter. Pop Tart is a sweet girl who longs to be a member of a family who is deserving of her. She is quite playful and has a zest for life. She and Bandanna are best buddies.

I noticed that Pop Tart does have an old wound on her neck where a chain or collar had rubbed her neck raw. It is no wonder that she wanted to escape! Yet another reason not to chain a dog!
